RT-Fusion data assets are delivered under standard internal R&D and validation licenses. Redistribution of raw assets is strictly prohibited. For bespoke collection deployments, exclusive Intellectual Property (IP) buyouts and complete data handoffs are available under separate Enterprise Master Service Agreements (MSA).
To preserve maximum pixel fidelity for perception stacks, RT-Fusion delivers RAW, unanonymized sensor data (including faces and license plates) by default. By executing the transfer and ingesting the raw assets, the Client legally assumes the role of Data Controller under GDPR. The Client is solely responsible for running internal anonymization pipelines prior to model training. RT-Fusion acts solely as the Data Processor/Acquisition Unit and provides verifiable chain-of-custody documentation for all sensor deployments.
RT-Fusion can provide post-acquisition anonymization (face and license plate blurring) as an additional processing step upon request. Contact for details on anonymized delivery pipelines.
Data is provided "as is". RT-Fusion is not liable for downstream model behavior. This data is intended for stress-testing and edge-case validation, not as the sole source of safety certification.
